- Open Settings in the upper-right corner of the aquarium.
- Choose Delete account at the bottom.
- Sign in again with the same Google or Apple account and confirm deletion.
Your account, synced progress, and ranking records are deleted. This cannot be undone.
Data stored only on this device, including Heart Diary entries, is not part of the account. Remove the app or clear its data to delete it.
If you cannot open the app, email support from the address associated with your provider and include your device platform. We may ask for additional verification.
