1. Our approach
You can play without signing in. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive a provider-specific account identifier and verified email address, and automatically set a country or region code from your device language and region. We use this information to sync data, restore it on other devices, and support your account. Apple may provide a private relay address. We never receive your provider password and never use email as the account identity key.
2. Information processed in the app
Information stored on your device
- Game progress such as jelly, friends, and customization items
- App settings such as sound, music, and haptics
- Heart Diary entries, including the feelings and date you choose
This information is cached on your device. Game progress and Heart Diary entries are also stored on our server under an account or guest identifier. When signed in, they can be restored on another device. Heart Diary entries are used for daily rewards and account sync.
Information processed for error diagnostics
For account sync and error diagnosis, we process a pseudonymous app-installation identifier, device model, operating system and app version, language, time zone, recent connection country or region, sync stage, error code, and a limited redacted technical summary. The country or region is derived at the server edge; we do not retain the full IP address, hardware identifier, advertising identifier, email, Heart Diary contents, or authentication token in diagnostic records.
Information the advertising service may process
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to offer optional rewarded ads. Google may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to serve and limit ads, measure performance, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Actual processing can vary by device settings, region, and consent.
Personalized ads are requested only after any consent required by law and, on iOS, permission under App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Without consent or permission, the app requests non-personalized ads.
3. Purposes
- Save game progress and maintain app settings
- Sync and restore Heart Diary entries and provide daily rewards
- Maintain account information, including verified email and a country or region code automatically set from language and region
- Provide optional rewarded ads
- Measure ad performance, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse
4. Third-party services
Advertising information may be processed under Google's policies. See the resources below for details.
5. Retention and deletion
Device and diagnostic records are automatically deleted within 30 days. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account, synced progress, Heart Diary entries, account email, language-and-region-based country or region code, device records, and ranking records from Settings after provider reauthentication. Advertising information follows the provider's retention policy.
6. Your choices
Rewarded ads appear only when you choose to view them. Where available, you can manage your choices through Google's ad privacy consent screen and reopen it from Ad Privacy Settings in the app. You can also change iOS tracking permission in the device Settings app.
7. Children's privacy
Users who are below the age at which parental consent is required should use social sign-in and review account, device, and advertising privacy settings with a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
If app features or services change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
